Well, damn - we are so sorry you weren't happy with your jewelry. How can we fix it?

Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Shipping items back is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items must be returned in sellable condition : unworn and in original packaging. A small fyi : it's very easy for us to tell when items have been worn!
