WHOLESALE TERMS + INFO
Wholesale products and special pricing are available to customers that would like to resell OTL products to the consumer through an established retail store or website.
Shop owners / buyers will have to provide a copy of your resale license, or State tax ID to verify eligibility. Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information to obtain discounted purchases for anything other than resale purposes.
We try to keep stock of our most popular items, but there is usually a 3 to 6 week fabrication time on wholesale orders. Feel free to check in with us for anticipated delivery times or if you need a rush order!
Orders placed for the holidays may be subject to a longer fabrication time, up to 8 weeks - pls give us a heads up if you are interested in particular items and we can get working on an pending order or set items aside for you.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of order date. After that, production has already begun and cannot be cancelled.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
14 piece minimum opening order. For opening orders, pre-payment with credit card is required. Production will begin immediately after invoice has been paid. Items will be released as soon as the order is complete, within the agreed time frame. You will receive an email with tracking info when the items are on the way to you.
8 piece minimum re-order. For re-orders, a credit card is required at the time of purchase, but billed only when order is complete. Items will be released as soon as the order is paid for (either by credit card or company check), within the agreed time frame. You will receive an email with tracking info when the items are on the way to you.
All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority ($10 per order). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We accept all major credit cards, as well as company checks for re-orders. Invoices will be sent via PayPal. OTL does not store your payment info, aside from pertinent contact info.
We take ALL necessary precautions to keep your billing information private. It will not be left unattended, shared, compromised or accessible to anyone.
If any items arrive damaged, a request for an exchange can be made. Similarly, if there are any discrepancies between the original PO and the items shipped, please contact us within ASAP (within 7 days) to request a RA (return authorization) and/or so we can correct any error on our part.
Surf Midi and Mini Bracelets and earrings will be packaged on thick, display cards with care info and the OTL website address.
All other items will be organized into small baggies. If you would like a small OTL hangtag attached to these items, you can request one on the order form.
If you would like us to include a stack of OTL business cards and/or Smiley Gift Bags, to add to your display, you may request those in the comments section at checkout!
Approval is needed before be coming an OTL stockist, as well as for each store/online shop from which you will be selling from.
Be sure to take a look at our current stockists (in the 'Events' section) to see if there is anyone in your area currently carrying On The Lookout. We will absolutely work with our wholesale customers' needs, but we cannot always guarantee exclusivity based on location. However, if you are interested in creating a custom item or colorway, exclusive to your store, that would be awesome! Just let us know :)

By becoming a submitting a wholesale order for OTL Jewelry, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We will do our best to promote the items you bring into your wonderful shops via all social media outlets, our blog and stockist page. Similarly, as an approved stockist, you are welcome to use the images from the OTL website + social media platforms to further promote the items you order for your shop.
